What food system in mine?



Sometimes you can feel quite overwhelmed with all the variety of different food systems.


I for myself have decided that the most important thing in terms of nutrition is that you listen to your own body again.


When you get that back, your body tells you exactly what it needs. I am, as with almost everything else, of the opinion that a fixed diet for me is not enough. For me it is the mixture that makes it.
