Becoming aware of body, mind and soul

Course location: Berglodge37 in Eggberge
High above Lake Lucerne, this beautiful mountain lodge awaits us and invites us to BREATHE.
In a small group we will practice dynamic Vinyasa Flow in the morning and sink into relaxation in the evening with Yin Yoga. In between we dedicate ourselves to the mind and the soul, so that these two also find space to be heard and can recover and relax. Short guided meditations and breathing exercises complete the program.
