How to recognize and exercise my best professional potential

Return to work / reorientation - stress management - application 2.0

5-day retreat

Course location: Black Forest or Swiss mountains

Today's professional demands are constantly growing, and at the same time we receive less and less information on how to do it all.
It starts with the fact that applications today look completely different than they did 5 years ago.
We ourselves also have new ideas about how our professional life should look like.
With this workshop we would like to contribute to bring some light into the darkness.
You will discover your own professional potential and become aware of what you want and how you can achieve it.
We will show you how job applications could look like. We can show you little helpers in everyday life when you need to calm down and we ask the question if and how a comfortable work-life-balance should look like.

Day 1
Location analysis: where are you, how did you get there?
Retrospective: Become aware of the professional experiences you've already had.
Day 2
Discover your professional potential, become generally aware of what is already there and discover new things.
Day 3
Identify your own values and goals in professional terms, what do you want, what is important to you, what is your why or why do you get up in the morning?
Day 4
Application process: What might a resume and cover letter look like?
What is the interview process? How important are LinkedIn and Xing?
Day 5
Stress management: Become aware of your work-life balance. We'll show you mindfulness exercises and little everyday helpers when things get too stressful for you.
